Sound familiar?

What we change.

What people say when we start, and where they are a few months in.

What you’re saying nowWhere you end up

“I’m not always confident, don’t always speak up, and sometimes feel like an imposter.”

You know your worth, feel capable of speaking up, and are comfortable in your own skin.

“I’m crazy busy, feel burnt out, but don’t feel like I’m getting to where I want.”

You’re calmer, and you have a plan to get what you want.

“I got the title and now I’m supposed to lead and manage people. Nobody taught me that.”

You lead and manage authentically, and your team can feel the difference.

How I work

What I’ll actually do in the room.

  1. I ask first.

The questions that help you find your own answer. You’ll do most of the talking.

  2. I tell you what I see.

When it’s useful: tools and strategies, or what’s worked for others in your spot.

  3. You decide.

I’ll always defer to your judgment. It’s your life, not mine. My job is to make sure you thrive.

I heard Noel was a great coach, and then a few years back, I had the opportunity to work with him myself. Noel and I first started working together when I was at a bit of an inflection point in my career. I was deciding whether or not to leave a successful role of production executive at a larger group versus creating my own company. Through some very hard conversations, through some introspective guidance, Noel really helped me decide that I was making the right choice in leaving my role and creating my own company, and I’ve never looked back and never been happier. It’s wonderful working with Noel. He asks the right questions. He pushes the way that I think I and other people need. And at the end of the day, he’s just, you know, hyper-intelligent, both IQ and EQ, and he’s fun to be around. He’s also pretty funny. Highly recommend working with Noel. You won’t regret it.

How I’m different from other coaches

  • Most coaches have never run a business. I spent eight years building one, then sold it. When you tell me it’s hard, I know.
  • When it helps, I’ll jump in and work the problem with you directly, or help you push through whatever’s holding you back.
  • And I promise to make you laugh at least once every session. (But no more than twice.)

The method

A framework that holds up: A.C.T.

Expect psychology, research, practical strategy, and accountability. Also the occasional reminder that growing doesn’t have to feel hard.

Awareness

Get honest about what’s going on.

Commitment

Decide what you want. Commit to it.

Transformation

Build the habits and identity that make the change last.

He doesn’t just motivate you. He gives you a framework. The way he treats resistance, as a signal you’re chasing something that matters, shifted something real for me.

The free call

What happens on the first call.

Bring the thing you keep circling back to.

Noel on a rooftop terrace, both hands making an OK sign, smiling
  1. Tell me what’s going on.

Messy is fine. Saying it out loud is usually the useful part. And it stays between us, 100%.

  2. You talk. I listen.

I may ask hard questions; not knowing the answer is fine.

  3. I tell you what I think.

Whether I can help, and how. If a therapist or a consultant is the better fit, I’ll say so.

  4. Usually, something shifts.

More clarity, and a sense of what’s possible.

I wasn’t sure about coaching at first, but Noel has been a godsend. The accountability and support is great, but his ability to solve challenging financial, client, and operational problems is priceless.

The only way to know is to talk it through.

Questions

What people ask before booking.

Getting started

How does this work?

If the free call goes well for both of us, we meet in 55-minute sessions, usually weekly or every other week, over Zoom or in person in LA. Then we get to it.

Do you have room?

Not always. I keep the practice small so each person gets real attention, and spots open when someone finishes. If it’s full when we talk, I’ll tell you when the next one opens.

How do I know if it’s right for me?

If you’ve read this far, there’s a decent chance it is. Coaching’s for you if you’re capable, a little stuck, and ready to do something about it. Not sure? That’s exactly what the free call is for. For both of us.

What if I don’t know what I want yet?

That’s a completely normal place to start, and it’s half of what we’d work on. You don’t need a tidy answer before the first call. Bring the mess, that’s genuinely more useful.

How it runs

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone’s different, but this is how it usually goes. Session one: you take the first step. Getting clear on your goals. First month: the fog clears. You start to take action. Two to three months: others notice. You take on the harder stuff, like the difficult conversations. Six months and beyond: it’s how you operate. The habits and the progress are yours now.
