What you walk away with
Six months from now: same struggles, or a new reality?
One hour. Five things you leave with.
The framework
- Identify what you want
- Reclaim your time and energy
- The Success Structure
- Resistance
- Clarity on what you wantCan’t say what you want, or it feels too big to start? You leave with two goals on paper, specific enough to schedule.
- The obstacles, namedNo time, no energy? You name the habits, people and thoughts draining both, and take the hours back.
- A structure for any goalStart strong, then fizzle? A structure that outlasts motivation: small steps, dates in the calendar, someone to hold you to it, a way to measure it. People with a regular check-in follow through 95% of the time.
- A way through resistanceFear, doubt, the urge to quit? They show up whenever something matters. You learn to keep moving, without beating yourself up.
- Your next step, with a dateWaiting until you’re ready? You’ll never feel 100% ready. You leave knowing what you’ll do first, and when.
“In my entire life, no one has ever asked me the question: what do you want?”
Where it goes
Where the same framework can lead.
Before: a safe job in a lab paying $60,000 a year. He felt capable of more, and part of him doubted it.
Cyrus KhambattaCo-Founder, Evolution HealthNoel’s coaching increased my confidence, helped me start my own business and generate a six-figure-plus income. I’m now making approximately $50,000 a month. His strategies are brilliant.
From the Stanford sessions

Before you book
The questions people ask before they come.
Who is it for?
Anyone stuck between wanting more and actually doing it: not sure what you want, or sure and still putting it off. Career, business, health, or something you’ve always meant to learn. You don’t need to be a founder or an executive, or to arrive knowing exactly what you want. Finding that out is the first step.
What if I can’t make it live?
Tell me and I’ll move you to the next session, at no cost. There’s no recording: the hour only works live.
What if it isn’t worth it?
Tell me and I’ll refund you. Nobody has asked yet, which I’ve chosen to take as a good sign.
Do I have to be on camera or speak?
Camera on is nice but not required. You’ll never be put on the spot or made to share. Anything you say out loud is because you chose to.
How many people are in the room?
Fewer than the Stanford sessions, which had around a hundred. Seats are capped so it stays a room, not a broadcast, with time for your questions.
Is this a pitch for your coaching?
Here’s exactly what happens: for about a minute at the end, I mention I have a few coaching spots and put a link in the chat. That’s the whole pitch. The other 59 minutes are yours. Plenty of people come, get what they need, and I never hear from them again. That’s a fine outcome.
